Another action that enhances the outreach of the University of the Peloponnese was successfully completed on Thursday, 21st of November 2024 at the School of Economics & Technology, in Tripoli. More specifically, the International Relations Office, which is supported by the Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs, International Relations & Outreach, Professor Efthalia Chatzigianni, organized the event with Ms. Apostolia Goudousaki, Academic Advisor of DAAD Greece (German Academic Exchange Service), as a guest. Ms. Ap. Goudousakis informed the academic community of the University of the Peloponnese about all the current scholarships provided for postgraduate studies in all disciplines to students and graduates, for research in PhD & PostDoc, as well as for summer language courses at several universities in Germany.
Greetings were delivered on behalf of the Rectorate by the Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs, International Relations & Outreach, Professor Efthalia Chatzigianni, who thanked all those who made this event possible.
Also, on behalf of the School of Economics and Technology, the Assistant Professor of the Department of Economics, Dr. Thomas Alexopoulos was presented.
Also, Dr. Efstathios Fakiolas, Associate Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the University of the Peloponnese, shared his experience of studying in Germany, particularly with the DAAD scholarship.
Finally, Ms. Paraskevi Haida, Deputy Head of the International Relations Office of the University of the Peloponnese, made a brief presentation of the opportunities given to students of all levels to carry out an internship at the Foreign Service Authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs based in Germany.
