The Department of Public Relations and Etiquette aims at the organized and systematic promotion of the academic, research, social and cultural work of the University.

• It is responsible for the planning and organization of the promotion and publicity of the educational, research and other activities of the University.
• Monitor the publications concerning the University of Peloponnese and inform the administrative bodies and the respective administrative services of the Institution.
• In cooperation with the relevant departments of the Foundation, elaborates and implements plans for the development of collaborations with public services and organizations as well as with public and private enterprises, with the aim of utilizing and promoting the knowledge of the Foundation.
• Ensures the organization and conduct of ceremonies, celebrations, lectures, conferences, anniversaries, receptions and other events of the Foundation and the observance of the relevant etiquette.
• It takes care of the artistic property of the Foundation (paintings, sculptures, etc.), their maintenance and the commissioning of new ones.
• Organize and maintain records of the various events of the University, in collaboration with other relevant departments of the Foundation. Undertakes the organization of ceremonies for the awarding of degrees granted by the Departments or the Foundation.
• Is responsible for the creation and updating of the Foundation's website in collaboration with the Digital Governance Unit.
• Plans and coordinates the special publications of the University of Peloponnese and oversees the presence of the Foundation in the press and the media in general.
• Ensures the publication of periodicals, informative brochures, research guide, a guide for the promotion of the Foundation, individual brochures, a yearbook of the University of Peloponnese, a single study guide, the production of informative material for the media and, finally, the use of all these in the presence of the University of Peloponnese in society.
• Ensure the codification of legislation and jurisprudence related to the Department.

The Department of Public and International Relations is subordinate to the Rector of the Foundation and submits to the Senate the annual planning for approval and a report to inform the activities of the Department.
