The EUNICE Alliance Games, held at the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (France) from 21 to 24 October 2024 in the framework of EUNICE Alliance (European University for Customised Education), was successfully concluded. Teams from the ten EUNICE universities gathered to compete in volleyball and/or basketball tournaments.
The University of the Peloponnese participated in the mixed 3X3 basketball tournament, with the team consisting of four students, Christina Michalaki, Valentina Thorja, Georgios Dousias and Stefanos Filippopoulos. The team, maintaining an impressive performance over a series of matches, secured their participation in the final match, where they prevailed over the team from the University of Cantabria (Spain) and emerged as the winner of the tournament!

Participation in the event was a unique experience for students, who had the opportunity to explore the French city of Valenciennes, visit important local attractions and participate in a variety of social and cultural activities, while promoting a deeper intercultural understanding.
